The Jin-Hebei-Luyu Border District Revolutionary Memorial Hall was laid in April 1998 in Heze City, Shandong Province, and was completed and opened in May 2000. It covers an area of 198 acres, with a construction area of more than 11,700 square meters and a total investment of more than 4,000 yuan, integrating the construction of exhibition halls, galleries and squares. The main building consists of an exhibition hall and a panoramic art gallery. The exhibition hall is divided into four halls: the prologue hall and the four halls of sparks, bloody resistance against Japan, chasing deer in the Central Plains, and revolutionary sons and daughters, which comprehensively and systematically reflect the revolutionary spirit of the party, government, military, and people in the Hebei-Luyu Border Region in the 30s and 40s, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, who were not afraid of sacrifice, forged ahead and followed, were indomitable, and forged ahead heroically. The panoramic picture in the museum is 17 meters high and 123 meters in circumference, and the painting, floor shaping, lighting and sound are blended together, which is first-class in China.
